personally i like akregator the most (if you're on linux) but there's the old reader if you prefer a web-based alternative. i also like the built-in feed readers on thunderbird and retroshare (retroshare especially)
Fraidycat is my favourite 'cause it can read some extra stuff that doesn't have built-in RSS, it's avaliable as a desktop program or Firefox extension.
not sure if this is relevant at all but the Opera browser seems to have one built in :O! Otherwise maybe inoreader? I've never used it though

I use Feebro as a Firefox plugin. IIRC Vivaldi has one built-in, but Vivaldi is super laggy for me so I haven't used it in forever.

I use vivaldi's built in feed reader; but fraidy cat is good if you want to avoid even open source chromium forks
