I was saying the same thing. Be careful signing up, view the TOS, and privacy policy beforehand.
Looks suspicious to me too, considering how this site basically follows everyone and it's an off-site redirect.

Sorry for the late update! The site is safe. It was flagged in error by Netcraft. Microsoft is one of their partners and they still haven't resolved this problem, despite Netcraft updating them on the error. A few ISPs use Microsoft Defender as a firewall and won't let you access the site. You can use a VPN to access the site. I'm trying to resolve this with Microsoft but they are taking their time :\
