I have a prescription used specifically for "go to sleep, you're losing your mind," and it, frustratingly, has the same effect sometimes. It's so much worse the next day when that happens!

sometimes i'll just set my sandwich down right on the table without any kind of separator. if it leaves a greasy spot, that's what surfactant is for.
