Not epileptic but a chronic migraine haver. I wish people would just be a little more thoughtful and maybe not put potentially triggering images/filters on their landing page where they warn that there could be potentially triggering images and filters on their site 😵💫

This includes crt filters! I can't tell you how often I have to alt tab out of a website because it has a flickering filter that you can't toggle off on their landing page. Aghhh

i dont even really have any medical reaction to these visuals, but man some of the CRT filters are Bad. Some are perfectly fine and have a cool effect, but some flicker so bad I just back right out. I've come across ones too that may not noticeably flicker when stationary, but when i scroll down they have a weird flicker effect due to the moving lines.

Yes exactly!! I don't always notice it when I initially click until I start moving around. I get there's an aesthetic they're going for, but I wish people would leave those sorts of things out of their landing pages!
