are any of you involved in antique or artifacts preservation or restoration and have any good resources or communities you like ? seeking info on preserving something very insane rn in conjunction with contacting nearby museum. Also that stuff is just super cool to learn about anyways.
Not an expert in preservation, but depending on where you found the artifact and what it is, it may fall under NAGPRA and would need to be reported to the Feds: https://www.nps.gov/subjects/nagpra/index.htm
