(1) Happy Fri/Saturday! Finally turned on profile commenting, sorry about that. I managed my anxiety a bit better now. I hope the migraines have lessened! I have since learned more specifically why certain foods can act as triggers. It is often because they are "vasoactive," containing chemicals that affect dialation of the blood vessels. That may include phenylalanine (in aspartame, an artifical sweetner), theobromine (in chocolate), tyramine (in red wine), nitrates (in cured meats, like salami), etc.

it starts off with the left section of the website centered in the viewport rather than the entire thing properly centered in the viewport. i really dont know if im even explaining this properly LOL ;_;
