FYI, re: "I have 1,000 views but only 2 people followed me" -- Neocities' view counter doesn't distinguish well between real followers and bots like Internet Archive or the ones that index pages for web searches. I also think the count on your site profile might count every time someone loads a page on your site a view, like, it'd count 5 "views" if someone loaded 5 different pages on your site.

Don't stress too much about the numbers -- if you've got interesting stuff on your site, folks will come. Webrings really help with discoverability, as does linking your Neocities on other sites you might be on -- I've gotten several mutuals from Flight Rising, for example.

Also, minor suggestion -- the cursive font on your body text is pretty hard to read. Might be a good idea to add a theme switching button so viewers can change the font? Added your button to affiliates on the homepage -- FYI, right now your button marquees are looping before their full length. You'll need to change them to CSS animations if you want them to scroll and have your users see all of them (that also works on more browsers). IDK how to do that vertically, but here's a code snippet I used to use for a horizontal pseudo-marquee. https://rentry.co/css_ani_marquee

I'm not an expert on CSS animations, but I *think* that snippet should work if you just change transform X to transform Y and replace vw with vh.
