Trick or treat! Ok, "I came as myself" to tell you that I love the make up on that cursed cat blingie. It's startling how it makes the eyes standout and how efficient it was at grabbing my attention. (I nearly broke my neck double checking!) Also that Nokia of yours now seems like it is kinda sick and frigid... No wonder there is no service... Hopefully, it will get back to its warm pinky state pretty soon...

Good stuff. I remember wasting a good amount of time on these games. I forget where I found this, but it's been in my bookmarks for a while now: https://www.androdome.com/Sand/ This page has all of fallingsandgame.com's games in desktop application format, including Etch-a-Sketch Sand.

Here's what seems to be the latest archive of the Java version: https://web.archive.org/web/20130827192844/http://dan-ball.jp/en/javagame/dust/ I sadly can't confirm if it works, because I'm using a "modern" browser with no Java support.

Also, yes, I am familiar with Powder Game, but I never played it as much as the ones on FallingSandGame.com; I always disliked the fact that it had a limit on the maximum number of particles which could be on-screen at once. As for the Internet Archive capture, in Internet Explorer I can confirm that the Java applet loads, but it throws an error.
