I think I've been spending too much time on just the chat in kuroiOS xD i need to create more content! Tho I'm stuck in that stage of I want to do EVERYTHING but end up doing nothing at all ;u;

NEOCITIES CACHES HARD APPARENTLY. CLEAR YOUR CACHE FOR UPDATE (it's mostly Paint99, and a new screensaver).

I noticed you added the mtpaint patterns - they look good! I noticed it makes an "error" sound each time I toggle between palettes though.

This is INCREDIBLY cool. Was so excited to see the majora's mask trailer in the C drive hahaha I loved poking around here!!! the AOL installer was super fun too hehe i can't wait to see how the site evolves even further :')

Chat is back with a new splash page for joining the rooms and a clearer purpose for each of them. I was feeling like my chat was becoming like a discord server (and i dont like discord :T) so i decided to take a break and work on making my purpose for the chat clearer. For that, i created the Kuroi's Den room, for 21+ people who are looking for genuine connections with like minded people

In Paint99: For sharpest text, it should be rendering with no anti-aliasing, but won't process until the text is confirmed from text editor. Visibility is problematic with bitmap rendering, so I'll look at alternatives. As for the FX button, that's currently unused, but I think it'll serve as a macro for FX since it seems a little superfluous otherwise.
