Just looked at an old backup of my site, it's crazy to see how much has actually changed. I don't think there's a single graphic I haven't updated since. A part of me wants to go back to the sort of cutesy design I had back then but it'd be such a hassle to make it fit with my current aesthetic ;-;

It's so satisfying to encounter animals in the wild. I went hiking in Belgium last summer and encountered a wild fox. He just started at me for two seconds and ran away but that was the most memorable part of my trip. :)
Wow, that sounds like a beautiful moment. I had forgotten but you reminded me I saw a wild islandfox atop Catalina Island : so tiny. There are red & grey foxes where I live, but I haven't seen any yet.
