websites not loading again ... neocities has definitely been having some weird hiccups in the last day or so; it was resolved eventually yesterday but 🤔 (i forgor theres a status webpage but yeah F for website loading LOL)

Yeah, not just hosted websites, but I couldn't get to Neocities at all for a while `:| Luckily it seems to have solved that now.

@drinkmoretea yep!!! i saw a video abt it recently that distilled it down to 'i needed a very simple, barebones, not bogged down in plugins thing to keep notes about my learning of softwares' aka unreal engine and blender and im like ... WAO... thats me ... so i began to look into it

ironically obsidian is less complicated than notion for me, but notion i get distracted with making things look nice where as with obsidian i just … write. i end up using notion more for just tracking things that need databases like … honestly all my commissions i’ve gotten over the years :P or boring income stuff like commissions

funnily enough notion has also never worked for me! i tried using it for my first semester in uni, ended up never using it - I just use onenote now haha.

@kkbkkb its more that it was not seeing that i moved them from uppercase folder names to lowercase T_T so i had to straight up move them to a new folder, push so it deleted the old folders, then renamed them back.......

am i just stupid and don't get how to change favicons on different pages ... i do have it in the meta tags for my oc pages but they just use the default index favicon ...

just replace "favicon.ico" with the url of the image u want as the favicon

@tofutush maybe, but even on my coding program it doesn’t show the favicon whereas that one does for my other pages. worst comes to worst i’ll have to… place it in the same folder as my oc pages which is dumb LMFAO.

aaaugh yeah, i cant say much cause fomo doesn't get to me often considering ive played far more predatory gacha games but it can be rough if the itch is there ;__; im still there 5 years later LOOL
