123 guestbook doesn't support responding to signs directly, but you could create a page for responses and link it in the guestbook and on your site maybe?

one one hand it's shitty for ppl to steal code. on the other your reaction to it is so hilarious i'm sorry lmao. i think it's mature you're not doing a public callout, but i think contacting the person who nabbed the code is worth it bc if they're new they might not be aware it's in bad taste to directly copy paste code? some ppl do it to learn and maybe they just don't know etiquette yet ;w;

yes personally when i first started out i had a bad problem of being overly inspired from someone elses layout,, but i never ripped off site code because i know how hard someone can work on that!

Dude I LOVE Izzzyzzz! (I know it's not my conversation, but I just got excited when you mentioned her. I do have some recommendations as well: STRANGE ÆONS covers a large range of content. In the realm of horror, though; blameitonjorge, Nexpo, Night Mind, Inside a Mind, and Gearisko are all pretty cool.
