i started painting my nails recently too!! for me its about the ritual aspect, a small thing to do to add to self care and feel just an inch more put together :-) have fun exploring ur feminimity! user gutz on here has a good manicure guide that got me started, and if u want cool indie brand recs for polish hmu 💅🏼

i just want to make it so only my website can read/write to a database. but you have to wade through the google abyss to get there and i am tired and already mad about unity today i cant be mad about two programming things at one i'll asplode (explode but quirky and hip)

i am like Thiiiiiis close in my head to hitting the next big milestone for warpzone 2.5 (deciding i dont want to call it warpzone 3.0 bc that sounds like nfts) but like every glimmer of productivity i have gets halted by GODDANG WEB CODE SILLINESS!!!!

Oh man, just reading this gives me anxiety, wish I could help, last time I did any auth coding was years ago when php7 just hit. It..it was awful, i hated everything about DB R/W access, making sure php played nice, bleh.

@enflicted oh god i havent even looked into php yet. why are there so many tools in web dev where's my graphically garish all in one editor like unreal engine. how do web developers live like this

an all-in-one solution would be the greatest lol. Web dev can be a huge undertaking, focusing on just one aspect seems to help me a lot. PHP was fun to learn, and code but i eventually stop developing with it. It became to much work. I stick with html/css. a lot less stress. I even tried unreal engine a few years back, i went cross-eyed and closed the software, confused the hell out of me.

doing online school but its so fucking painful to see my friends posting pictures together n shit and im never with them and it sucks ???????? im not allowed to like meet them at the park or anything either because my mom doesnt let me go on walks alone so either im completly stuck in my room until next summer or im jumping straight into the deep end just for a slight chance that itll be better and i dont know what
to do. its not just the issolation of online school thats getting me either. (tw for dissordered eating) at the end of last school year i didnt even eat for like a week out of stress. it was fine during the year but insanely damaging at the end
