Yo…. I don’t know if I should take a break or something because my mental health is getting really really bad and I don’t think I can handle it. I thought it was all gonna be okay but I woke up with my heart beating out my chest and it won’t stop, I can’t even use the toilet because the sound is too scary. I think this has to do with my popularity cause I can’t stop thinking about it and built up stress from it idk

take a break if you need to. your allowed to do that, and no one is gonna pressure you into maintaining your site if you can’t handle it tho i recommend taking a 2-week break if you do want to take one :)

it'd be for the best honestly. Reading on what you've been going through it seems like popularity has something to do with this. Just take a break for as long as you need to, and come back once you feel better, please.

I was never cut out to be popular. I didn’t expect to get 2 million views and it terrifies me. I’ll stay online cause it’s an escape for my problems EXEPT… Imma just post on Tumblr and Twitter because it’s more peaceful how I have less followers there, I think that would be a good idea

@lemerks my art style is too distinct even if I drew something beside anime it’s still obvious it’s me…. So ppl would clock me instantly 😭😭😭

I know how you're feeling, I had thoughts of deleting my website often because of it. I think neurodivergent people especially are susceptible to stressing out about "being seen" and investigated by people. If you want to hide your site for a while, putting it as "18+" hides it from the neocities listing.
