it's the @font-face rule: you just upload a font file to the filehost of your desire (though i strongly recommend using your own dashboard or file.garden), give the font a name, and then link the source (the original file). there's an extended css tuto for this: https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/atrule_font-face.php
