This is going to be a controversial statement, but Alec Baldwin needs to be in prison and the incident on the set of Rust is just the tip of the iceberg.
i think alec baldwin is definitely at fault, but not exclusively at fault. i personally put just as much blame on the people in charge of props, ive worked as a prop manager with dangerous equipment (not guns but sharp objects) and there should not have been any way for that to have gone off and killed someone
tbh i disagree,, he probably feels soo much guilt n i think that might be punishment enough, as its rlly not like he intended to kill him ,but the family of halyna were right to file a wrongful death lawsuit, as ofc he is at fault- as well as the prop ppl. why didnt they check it? i think they need to take responsibility too

youre also not supposed to aim them right at someone however, always over to the side in a way the camera cant really notice
