love the tips! just recently starting injecting every week and this is a really good refresh for me! i also find that my more painful injections happen when i go very fast when pushing in the needle, so trying to not let fear make me go too fast just to get over it is very important ^^
I have experience both doing subcutaneous and intramuscular injection (for different things) - in both instances I was trained by a nurse how to do them over multiple sessions and I'd recommend everyone do the same if it's available, I definitely became more confident after practicing with supervision. Getting over the anxiety of self injection took a few tries but it hardly phases me now.
Working on a fair bit more (subq injection tips, Twine stories...), but here's a poem in the meantime!
I saw! I haven't tested it yet, but I'm very glad to see the change. Does feel like a bandaid on the problem instead of a true fix, though.
