yuck i was going to read that book until i learned it was in the splatterpunk genre ("extreme, hardcore horror"...basically just torture porn imo T_T) im glad to have read your thoughts on it but im sorry you had to read it lmao 😭😭

I love your thoughts on Convenience Store Woman! I absolutely read Keiko as autistic, too. I read it not long after I read "Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine" and I think they're really similar in themes and stories of autistic women trying to live their lives without interference.
