thank you for following me back!! <3 <3 tbh, IMO, lost cherry smells like your everyday run-of-the-mill cherry/vanilla scent - i personally was disappointed in it. if you end up liking the scent, let me know! i've got a mostly unused bottle here that needs a happier home :-)
aw that's really kind of you! i'm very curious to smell it now and see if i feel the same! honestly i don't know what i like even when it comes to perfume, i just really like cherries lol!
i really thought that i loved cherries enough to like them in fragrance and it turned out that i just don't. when it comes to figuring out your preferences, definitely make it a habit to go and sniff the different fragrances when you go to a store that sells them :3 also, free samples are a godsend - if you can snag them, do so!! >:D
Thanks for recommending There There; I might read it sometime. In all honesty, I've never read a book concerning mixed/off-white people to which I can relate; these are usually too querulous, irresolute, superficial, acultural, at worst political. They don't focus on the unique and broader personal and social perspectives that I've been accorded, and for which I'm grateful. Maybe this one is different.
hey, thanks for taking the time to read my thoughts on it! i felt like it portrayed a wide range of experiences, and the writing of these characters was very...grounded? not sure how to put it lol but hey, maybe you'll like it!
i'm so glad you like it! the tarot page is one of my favorite things i've worked on, it's nice to know it resonated with you!
