May I give you a hint? You need to find a specific cipher to decode the prayer. The Rosary will help you find the name of the cipher. It's not needed for decoding directly.

I created this site today after my mum sent me a photo of my late horse and asked me to add it to the Cat Café so that he would be remembered too. I cried the whole time I was coding
