i second this, intrusive thoughts arent "omg what if i took a bite of this leaf haha!" they are actual terrible thoughts that haunt your mind every day
i sometimes find it hard to not think about poking the capacitor in the back of one of my CRTs while its on, idk if that counts, probably not
