I think my appetite for anime watching is much much lower than yours but I do go through phases where I just don't watch anime at all because I feel averse to it, but then pivot toward different kinds of media, then I usually circle back. It could be you're experiencing something similar.

watching that many shows in a single season is crazy, i'm only watching jjk s3 at the moment. i'll give journal with witch a shot once it's finished, and i still need to watch frieren (s1...)
