neocities updated their ui and now everything loads! I'm very thankful cause I spent 3h trying to fix it and I came up with nothing. Very cool that my wifi predicted the update and decided to breakdown for no reason :P

New site update! Go and see the post about it :3 If something doesn't load or isn't consistent, please tell me. My home wi-fi seems to specifically hate neocities now, so I had trouble uploading the new files :/
