If anyone thinks that having 100s of followers and 100k's of views means someone's an expert at web design, consider that i didn't get round to taking the archaic libreoffice-generated inline styling code from my homepage until I reverted my april fool on the 2nd. i had about 250 followers and 170k views at the time.

yes that's right, the very first iteration of my website was made of code that was generated by libreoffice. (not generated as in "generative AI" but as in you can use libre as a primitive WYSIWYG webpage editor)

First movie is best for reals, but I watch the trilogy as a unit from time to time! Confessing I never got into further Tolkein adapted media (yet), I've managed to steer clear of spoilers or engagement bait on the matters and simply haven't put them in my backlog queues

i always felt that the hobbit trilogy was sort of a cash grab that fortunately turned out good, but everything after that is just content. kind of interested to find the older adaptations, from before peter jackson came in.

There's also "Paint This with Jerry Yarnell," where the viewer can learn incredibly elaborate painting in a step-by-step fashion. Not as vibey as Bob Ross, but apparently he's got 31 seasons :o

I prefer Landscapes Through Time with David Dunlop, though it's never on with any reliability. The man can paint in almost anyone's style, it's fricken mindbending.

connecting the word "pronoun" to a political stimulus has caused a severe drop in higher-order critical thinking. maybe we should politicise locative adverbs next?
