Happy New Year !! I have a lot I'd like to do, but I think everything can be summed up as me wanting to do whatever I say I'm going to do. I guess the word is discipline, though another word I could think to use would be self respect.

@vashti Discipline is a fantastic word of the year! Discipline is something that gets a bad rap imo, like it's something that's associated with drudgery inherently, but I think the opposite. Discipline enables you to live the life that you want imo!! ♡ I wish you the best of luck with this!! ♡♡

It's always bittersweet meeting someone else who has PMDD. Like it's validating knowing someone else can relate but like... it always sucks knowing someone else going through it. I always go back and forth if I should write about PMDD since it's so personal, but few know about and it could potentially help someone
