Judging your work and finding a balance in your self-critique, not being too harsh on yourself but still being brutally honest, could be the most difficult problem to face as a creative. Creativity itself is easy in comparison, it comes naturally if you just leave the space and time for yourself to do it. Knowing which of your creative ideas are good and how they fit together is more like a complex math problem.

I had my wisdom teeth forcibly exiled from my mouth last month. Despite that dental depopulation, and the very fun time recovering from it, I was still able to get a bunch of small creative projects done, including a break action spellbook, a song about a bank heist, and the second part to a short story that doesn't actually have a first part. "Love thy neighbor" is not condoning dark triad characteristics, nor is "turning the other cheek" to ignore evil and allow oneself to be abused.
