僕も、ちょっと調べたいことがあってたまにTwitterをひらくと、不快な情報に目が吸い寄せられて、気分が悪くなって閉じるということを何度も繰り返しています。Twitterをひらくときは、雨の中をお遣いに走るように使わなくては、と思っています。

とてもよくわかります……時事問題などを知ることは大事(特に自分にとっては自国なので)ですが、内容の重い情報があまりに多いと流石に圧倒されて希望が保てなくなるので見るのも程々にしたいです……特にSNSはショッキングな内容ほど拡散されやすいですからね……

チョキさん、そうなんです、時事問題を知らないと置いてけぼりで不安になるので、そういった意味でもSNSを使うのですが、少し滞在するだけで刺激の強い情報で頭が埋め尽くされて圧倒されてしまいます…。ほんとに、程ほどにするのが一番ですね(T_T)
