Posting regularly leads to a lot of.... I don't want to say bad, but maybe posts that aren't quite top level, but I still think it's important. Certainly I finish a lot like "christ, that was terrible, such a whiny day," while that's not a reaction I'd have to anyone else's writing. If writing is a habit, though, I think it becomes a more natural outlet for whatever the writer might need.

I agree completely! I also tend to feel specifically whiny sometimes, and I also wouldn't/don't judge others as hard as I judge myself.

when i first got my drivers license, i decided to test how many fingers i could leave on the steering wheel and still have drivers wave back. it was fun to see grown-up men in huge pickups do a 2-finger salute when i would just raise my pinky (ofc i was 16 back then and 16yo's are always doing weird stuff like that)

ngl i'm still grieving a YOUTUBER getting rid of their channel. multiple years ago at this point. MULTIPLE YEARS AGO A YOUTUBER DELETED THEIR CHANNEL AND LITERALLY HAS A NEW ONE NOW AND I@M STILL GRIEVING IT. this is socially weird and in fact considered "immoral!"

deleted the preview: new blog post. I now have a bear blog! I hated both the organization and visuals of the mess I made directly on neocities lol. I'm looking forward to hopefully less pain going forward, so I can focus more on my hobbies :-) !

"being imperfect won't kill you", that's one i've been trying to internalise for actual decades. I'm getting there I think, i'm more tolerant of my own imperfections now than i was when i was 16 i guess, so that's something.

Extremely real. I kinda got roped into doing it, lol, with the caveat I can’t with 70°F+ temps. Were it up to me, I’d be okay living my whole life without a yard.

whats the duolingo ai usage??? but yeah i dont like duolingo, its trying way too hard to be cool buyt then it's just Lame. it doesn't terach people important skills and tricks them into thinking they're learning. and then people treat it as some kind of "definitive learning tool" despite how much the true learning communities say it's bad. ahhhhhh

i first joined duolingo like 8 years ago when it was new and still p fun. i've cancelled all paying subscriptions to them now in favour of Busuu, where i've learned better in 2 years than the other 8... currently, for my brain, i'm trying to get to a certain streak, then i'm going to delete it.
