in real life much of my ability to organize is extremely restricted, and about the most ive been able to do is convert people to Marxist-Leninist Syndicalists (the best way I can describe it; essentially trade unionism with rudimentary understanding of how general unions would function - I'm still working out how to explain theory)

I feel that's definitely a better approach than trying to start with neoliberals as we fundamentally have the same long-term goals
