oh ew it pushed everything. YAAAY fixed my layout. TIL about connectedCallback for calling stuff outside of the ShadowDOM/loading after HTML whatever cause constructor wasnt doing it for the Bones. god i need to learn javascript more

static site generators go over my head unfort, i’ve tried to look into them and my brain pulls an error LOL, idm doing it manually and rawdogging it thru JS myself since im a hands on learner LOL

ur also welcome to look thru my layout-bones.js since that has the guts for loading the site bones now (even tho all that changed was just… adding connectedCallback… idk if i even need the constructor anymore……)

i kinda wonder if there's a way to avoid the layout shift when my site loads ... aka sidebar + header popping in bc my layout is loaded through javascript ... i realize using defer probably is not helping LMFAO ... but if i don't, then my nav bar, header, and sidebar images don't pop in ...

i love you 'the incredible machine even more contraptions' my beloved childhood. so funny i only knew of it through a hoyle puzzle game that combined a crapload of other minigames and just had that game shoehorned in. so many hours lost on puzzle games and pixel decorating levels that had no purpose (all this to say i really need to write a media log review on it LMFAO)
