for my soon-to-be IPTV station, im gonna go for the 1980's Japanese TV aesthetic (ref. https://youtu.be/54Z6DZ7IpLM). For filler content, I'm going to have it play NOT pirated music videos, or automatically generated weather reports... think the weather channel. local on the 8s all over again!
