i admire your positive attitude and definitely agree with the "measureable feedback" point in regards to depression; i used the phq-9 over the years to roughly gauge how i was doing and to try to improve. btw, that professor does sound truly awful and i'm sorry you have to put up with thatπ«

also wearing lolita bc i feel like i need to show the shopgirls that i do actually wear the things i buy there and not just turning around to sell them or smth (α΅βα΄β) i don't usually wear lolita on release days bc the whole process is overwhelming enough without makeup and layers of clothes..

thank you so much! it was a pleasure seeing it all in person. the shugo chara merch tree was sooo cute, they had another wall with a bunch of toys and magazine clippings, but i couldn't get a pic because a few people were in front of it..
