As a long-term insomniac, I find that I sleep best nocturnally from late spring through summer and early autumn, then diurnally from mid-autumn through to mid-spring. Perhaps seasonal factors are also among your somnial influences. I hope that your legs feel better, or shall soon.

rbuchanan -> this is true... i didnt think about the seasons... it makes sense. my legs have been healed magically by the tooth fairy while i was asleep.
