hey i am not arachnophobic! but a possible solution is to blur the images like a spoiler alert and only show them when the reader hovers over them. i have similar assets in my blog and am considering doing a “toggle animals” button

@limovars oooh good suggestion!! i was thinking i'd make it kind of its own thing with its own layout separate from the rest of the site and have a little warning blurb basically on the page out to it...i like that idea and might use it on the pages i eventually make about real spiders!! thank you :)

i found that instantly and i was like "damn thats cool! ok where's the secret thing" and i kept snooping through your site for like 20 MINUTES LOL downright looking into the source code to spot some hidden message or something when it turns out i already found the secret thing. also wow this is cool! i like that it uses just simple links to switch between the text boxes, very creative!
