i’ve paused a bit from webdeving since i got my focus now on stablishing a home server and gain a bit of control over my data… starting with media, but im having bad luck with my new HDD and had to return them lol

@polyducks so far so good! managed to get a functional HDD and created an instance of Plex for movies/series/music! I need to study alternatives since I want to be less dependant of cloud services, but it's a start!

Keep at it bro, I know it's tough out there considering how everything is expensive right now. Not sure if you've already hunted down your software stack for everything just yet, but since you got PLEX, might I also tag on for your consideration PLEXamp, Komga, ROMM, and Navidrone to that list. Thanks @keyjay! I've got also PlexAMP to keep it tidy but I got a Navidrome instance just in case Plex plays funny (I'm looking forward to move away from it, but Apple TV's apps for Jellyfin are very uncooked rn :( )

Been a while! I've been on vacation this past week and you can tell by the amount of Mega Man I've played (lol). I've also finished Fire Emblem Path of Radiance... god tier FE imho. Can't wait to play Three Houses!
