the background is runing - OH THATS AWESOME :D - the sun looking so sweet aswell ^^ - it reminds me abit of miami vice version of Cruisn USA - theese arcade machines did cost me alot money - but like on Killer Instinct - I was top rated in all categories place 1-10 on the scoreboard - if anyone made it to the boards i played again :D MEX ftw :D
Well, it would mark a year since I created Retro-Haven, while I haven't done much with the site. I'm surprised I still kept it going for so long. I hope that continues.

Tell me about it, I always felt like everything in last 20 years technological wise, has gotten pretty fast. Seeing how social media as we knew it even didn't even exist until 2004 with the advent of Facebook. But saying that, we are seeing things go full circle with the rise of Neocities with websites again will never stop being funny.
Like that Sony is killing off physical media. I get a lot of people won't care. But, I find it funnier, we are being stripped of the options, the prices still will be the same and the games are getting somewhat worse. Gamers praise Steam so much and they never sold physical media either so I don't know what's the fuss... for me it's either DRM-free or piracy (Steam might not be as bad as Sony, but I don't like it either)

Will there even be any retro game fans in 2050? No physical media to buy, live services long gone, systems becoming harder to emulate and the internet getting more locked down even if they did. This might be the last generation of retro gaming :(

Went the Retro Gaming Market on the weekend and finally brought myself an modded OG Xbox to make up for the one which died a few months ago. The great thing about that one, it was modded with HDMI port, so I don't need to use a scaler and play it like any modern system. I love console modding for retro consoles so much!
