From a flowing sleeve emerges a slender hand. Green fingers paired with glossy black talons smooth a deck of cards in an arc across a small round table. With a single finger, the figure plucks out a card.

You clutch the chair opposite, slowly lowering yourself until you are seated. Though their face is occluded by the brim of a large pointed hat, the glow of their red eyes shines down, illuminating the card as you turn it to face you. As you do so, the corner of the card bursts into flame, ripping across its surface as it turns to ash.

I can understand that... 90% my classmates will use Chatgpt for all the things (slides for presentation, scripts for speaking). HELL the teacher maybe knew but didn't said anything, it sucks. The other teacher expressed disappointment once and said sth similar to "you guys gotta know how to use it". AI just made us lost all the critical thinking actually...

this is always a tough spot to be in! we started using AI at work recently as well, and it's difficult to get around because they now have timing expectations. work should not take the amount of hours that it used to :( at least they aren't being strict in how we use it! sometimes you can save time by looking something up and seeing what someone else did, and then you don't have to use the AI

I'm so glad my tech professor is against AI. He had told us in lessons that if me or my classmates were caught using AI to code he would immediately fail us no joke!

Added my long overdue rewatch (and log) of Gauche the Cellist to the log. I also updated my currently watching and playing. Liz and I have been watching Inuyasha. I grew up with the series, she did not. It holds up extremely well. We're both enjoying it immensely.
