reorganized webrings page a little bit (I refuse to take down the yesterweb ring) + added a bunch of pixels and quotes. toybox page remains likely to crash on older machines that can't display 600+ pixels at once. F in chat

and now that I've read the article: yeah absolutely! I straight up forgot that rightwing people also exist on the indie web until you mentioned in a status here of a TERF webring, and then a webmaster I looked up to was casually transphobic like two days later.

it's definitely super interesting seeing how the same things (cottagecore was a good example!) can interest both left- and rightwing folks for vastly different reasons, and if anything it just shows why we need to be- I dunno, I don't want to say more critical, but it'll do in a pinch- and just make sure that we're not giving them any footholds by ignoring the inherent discrimination in the premise of whatever it is?

Suggestion: it would be really helpful if you added HTML article tags to your articles. Those enable Reader View (as long as there's also enough text inside p tags), which makes it a lot easier for me and others to read the page's writing. The trouble is that it doesn't show up at all without an article tag on the page.

I just went through the entirety of Autists Online, and have removed anyone who either, 1), did not have the widget visible on their site, or, 2), put the widget on their site, but removed the arrows (what the heck, bro? so rude). Check the members list, and re-apply if you want, if that applies to you, but, please, add the widget properly. The whole point is that it goes around in a loop; don't break it!

Soo was anyone gonna tell me that hotlinking from catbox and imgur are against both of their terms of services, or was I just supposed to find that out by myself. // EDIT: https://imgbox.com/ explicitly DOES allow hotlinking though, if y'all are looking for an alternative

I have legit only ever used imgur to hotlink, tf else are people using imgur for. although I really do need to go back and selfhost? i host audio off discord it's easiest tbh and I don't feel like getting dmca'd so
