Where do you find free graphics, patterns etc.? I'm looking both for vintage stuff and modern copyright free stuff to add visual interest to the site - illustrations, dividers, menu icons and simmilar. I would appreciate any tips! 💖

I go to archives of public domain images; there are multiple I like but the British Library's flickr is my bestie

there's a lot of free graphics on deviantart! you could search up 'vintage textures' and people post whole collections!

also you could hunt down old books yourself from internet archive, national libraries (scotland's is pretty good for this) or your local library. you'll have to isolate the ink from the paper and give it a transparent background but the work is definitelly worth it

@capstasher Thank you, I've bookmarked all of those! I have been removing backgrounds on my new finds and it can be a bit tricky but you can't beat the authentic look!
I am really feeling ill. For those who remember my mystery illness, I believe it is quite grave from what I have developed. I believe that I may have Hodgkin's Disease, as I exhibit everything except for fever and weight loss (what is recognized as a non-serious "A" variant). If this is the case, you will likely see a lot less of me, since the illness in question is a cancer that affects people who grew up alone.

I will see if I can go to my doctor next week (I have no chance tomorrow and I have to take an exam on Saturday that cannot be rescheduled). I have been tending to my studies the best I can in my given condition and I will push through, believe me. Page's Pages will return soon, I can guarantee it.

I'm working on trying to build it out way more. It is totally unfinished. I need to flesh out the shrines and the recipe book in the kitchen next, but I followed my whimsy instead and added the media link archive.
