Read the 2nd half. Brother, considering your circumstances you function well enough. Furthermore, King Solomon might rather starve to death in Africa than marry the average woman of this time. If I wanted to date a dude, I'd go to prison, not act a proper citizen. I'll write a longer response which I pray will be encourage, but you're right in that one has to recognize misery before solving it.

Actually, I retract my statement. There's no use telling what you already know, and I shouldn't use this as an excuse to rant. I won't say life will turn around, but start praying Rosaries, fashion yourself a saint, and I can promise you God will show you mercy. As for true love, a majority of humans today believe themselves to have been evolved from animals.

I already told Didntask, but the most handsome man in Italy chose priesthood over marrying a woman from this age. Literally, we can only pray to Jesus and Mary for our good. You don't need to man up. Unironically, we need the Holy Spirit, from whom all miracles come like handsome men becoming priests and ugly men getting chaste, pretty wives.

I will pray for you, that you may find a woman rather than a woman who thinks herself an ape tonight, but remember to do the work for faith without works is dead. I know a guy from my Knights of Columbus Council. He's shorter than me (I'm 5'4"), but he has a tall wife who veils herself at mass. So from evidence, I note, one should seek virtue above all else.
