restored original index page w/ intention of making dedicated warning about COSA/SCREEN act & section 230 l8r. very dangerous threats to the internet u should be calling ur local gvt abt yesterday. also removed "certified roblox creepypasta" graphic because roblox is a disgusting cesspool of evil I don't even wish 2 joke abt being associated with. I regret ppl connecting me 2 it even as a meme >___<

also Possibly looking to either host elsewhere besides neocities because My friends websites have been getting censored or deleted with is Mega Gay and not alright , so my 5 EXORBITANT dollars a month may be better spent elsewhere . but we shall see. cuz wtf is up with that.
