one of the two hallmarks of depression/anxiety is rumination -- losing time to thinking about things over and over. doing activities is a great constructive way to quiet the rumination!

@sorbier yes literally and every 3 months i realize i don't have to ruminate my way out of the rumination. rinse repeat! great word tho
