Looks like what happens when UTF text is saved as ANSI. You might have to run it through a decoder before adding it to your pages: https://mothereff.in/html-entities

Ahh you were right, I guess it helps to set the charset property to utf-8 too whoops :P
I think my guestbook got deleted for having the word FUCK in the title so I'm going to try and build my own guestbook! Bwahahahah!!

Whoops it's 4am. That keeps happening. I finally got something up, gonna try and get some of my drawings and shit up soon so I made a gallery section, for now I snooze!
