@win1999 I have had a lot of play sessions with it too short to blog about- it's so easy to just pick up, and even easier to play "just one more round." Did the pizzeria have any other machines?

A lot of SHMUMPs that were really difficult (i particularly remember Raiden Fighters), Pac-Man, Frogger (another personal favorite, the the frog who's running late to work apparently: https://imgur.com/wait-was-frogger-businessman-what-did-he-do-living-5g87ec9) and a bootleg Tetris where you could only rotate counter-clockwise (so frustrating)
Ahhh, this brought back such a strange memory of my dad telling me I'd never see stage 3 in Gradius III as a first or second grader! I don't remember the context, but I stopped playing it after that- what a strange thing to think about! I know I have at least one Parodius on hand, though, so I'll take your rec on it later! I'll have to look into Rocket Knight, too, I had no idea what sort of game that was!
