Which movie did you catch? 🍿 Also, have you tried Survival Kids on the Nintendo Switch Online Game Boy app, yet? I’ve been enjoying it so far, as I find it a relaxing game to play before bedtime. 😴
Ah! Sorry! I was down yesterday so I got behind in replies! I have had Chicago pizza- my sister sent a photo of a buffalo chicken one she was eating the other day and I was a bit jealous! Yesterday, I went to see Thunderbolts*, which I did like- I haven't given up on Marvel yet! I haven't tried Survival Kids, though! That last Game Boy drop was neat overall! I'm interested in that, and the version of Gradius, too!
i still gotta do the chicken level myself, but honestly it looks like a fun romp :P
@zhongvie It’s got some super nice spritework in it, especially for the big boss chickens. It’s cute!
I’ve never been to Chicago, though my hometown of Toronto has played it in COUNTLESS Hollywood movies, haha! 😂 How is the Windy City? ☺️
@a-blue-in-a-sea-of-reds I like Chicago! I only go a few times a year at most, so it feels like there’s always something new and fun to do. Driving there is super intimidating, I think, but the trains are easy to take as an outsider. How is Toronto? It must be interesting to live in such a big city!
Have you ever tried Chicago pizza? 🍕 It's sooo good! 😋 I loved growing up in Toronto, as it was such a cool, funky, artsy, multicultural town with plenty of cool book and record stores. 😁 Unfortunately, the vibe changed with gentrification and a rise in crime. 👎
I now live in a small town, which is a nice change of pace. 🙂 I still miss the shopping malls, skyscrapers, and museums, but not the subpar subway, haha! 😂 The commuter train system, on the other hand, was awesome! 👌
Some days, Miela decides to take the audience on a straight-up *ride*
@skep Embracing the silliness of an increasingly depressing reality makes everything a ride, and as far as things go, switching off Max Headroom to play an anime girl friendship simulator is almost as funny as watching Robocop on free streaming loaded with pharmaceutical ads.
