IFS is really good stuff. Self-trust goes a long way, especially for reaching that moment of connecting with an exile- I swear that's the hard part, getting to that point. You've done something to be proud of here.

I'm glad he was there too- I think that one incident decided more about my life than anything else I've experienced. It taught me that the connections between people matter.
