meant 502 actually, "Bad Gateway" (not 503 Service Unavailable)
I experienced problems deploying from Github myself, as well as loading sites. Viewing the status page for the websites themselves shows downtime recorded over and over yesterday. https://status.neocitiesops.net/788748259
couldn't do anything all day yesterday on neocities, very disappoint! still love this site and glad it is back operational
