That was strange for some reason using percentage values to set the background position doesn't work??

Hey mate, I currently making an ads and I have a question: How do you made a name on the box? Like, around the ads, you can see "Neolink" on bottom right. How you do that?

Great. Though, is it part of Style or something completely different? Is it suppose to be on JavaScript or iFrame?
