general question: how long do the images on my site take to load for you? I think it might be time for me to compress them :p

Usually takes a couple seconds, not impossibly long but it is a noticable wait. Personally it's not overly bothersome to me, but compressing won't hurt :)

It depends of the page but usually not more than a couple of seconds. Personnally, it doesn't bother me (I have way worst on my own site) but I'm in a "slow internet" mindset when I'm on neocities anyway.
Between 5-10 seconds for pages like the cloister and the workshop
i usually have a pretty slow connection and the loading is visible, but quick enough that it's kind of a vibe imo. fits the sort of collage-y scrapbook-y theme
