here's how well optimised ultrakill is. it even runs on my thinkpad t430! this is a laptop from 2011-2012 with 16 gb RAM and on-chip video. it doesn't run at a perfect 60 fps, maybe like 51 fps. still pretty fast, definitely a playable speed.

but yeah. since nintendo morbiused the virtual boy and people fell for it, it will return 3DS functionality by releasing a controller shaped like a launch-day 3DS, hardware-lock it to the switch 2, put 3DS games on a new tier of NSO+EP that costs $100, and charge $250 for the privilege. 12 games will ever be released for it and of those, 6 will get removed from classics for various official reasons.

i'm half-tempted to get a switch 2 but nintendo are getting way too cocky with their anti-consumer bs this gen. and tbh i can't really blame them either, their fanboys will buy and defend literally anything

yeah campaign mode is a standard 7th gen army recruitment game, but netplay really isnt. basically i just dont want my gf to have to sit on the lobby for 3 hrs waiting for additional players.
considering how many people are using the netpass service, i'm lowkey surprised ive only had to report 4 users. 1 random "sieg heil', 1 hitler lookalike, 1 epstein lookalike, and just tonight a charlie kirk lookalike. just 4 people out of like almost 1000. that's pretty good tbh.
